Community leadership gathering
Leadership close to the people

A shared vision championed from within.

Group Village Head Katosa is championing the development programme with local residents, within the area of Senior Group Village Head Chilamphuma and Senior Group Village Head Kambatuwa, and works hand in hand with T/A Kaluluma. The approach is built on listening, local responsibility and partnerships that respect community priorities.

Progress lasts when the community helps decide, build and sustain it.
